Stream 1 — Beauty Therapist (Cert IV+): If you hold a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or above, this is your fastest pathway. Just 2 units — SHBBHRS013 and SHBBINF002.
Stream 2 — New to Industry: No prior qualifications required. This stream includes 4 units covering infection control, skin science, body structures and electrolysis.
Stream 3 — Nurses and Healthcare Professionals: Your clinical background is recognised. A focused pathway of 3 units built around what you already know.

Workshop certificates and manufacturer training sessions do not meet this standard and are not accepted by insurers. If you plan to practise electrolysis professionally, SHBBHRS013 is the only qualification that protects you.
Stage 1 — Online Theory: Approximately 30–60 hours depending on your stream. Self-paced — complete in your own time with weekly flexible Zoom sessions with Kelly.
Stage 2 — Face-to-Face Intensive: 2 days. Practical blocks run throughout the year in Sydney and interstate.
Stage 3 — Monitored Logbook: Up to 80 hours of clinical practice completed at your own clinic or space, monitored by Kelly via Thinkific.
Online theory access begins the moment you enrol. Most students complete the full program within 6 to 12 months depending on their pace and client availability.
Face-to-face practical blocks run throughout the year in Sydney and interstate locations. Places are strictly limited to 6 students per intake and fill quickly.
